TSR Consulting is currently seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager for a hybrid opportunity in Toronto, ON OR Halifax, NS

Role: Technical Project Manager

Duration: 6+ Months

Location: Toronto, ON OR Halifax, NS (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a large-scale technology transformation project within the Capital Markets / Financial Services domain.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing technology modernization, platform migration, client lifecycle management, data/document migration, and complex integrations while working closely with technical and business teams.

Required Skills:

- Strong Project/Program Management experience, preferably in Financial Services.
- Mandatory Capital Markets experience.
- Experience managing large-scale technology transformation programs, preferably $5M+ programs.
- Experience with Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), client onboarding, KYC, AML, or related platforms.
- Experience with data migration, document management, or legacy platform replacement.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, enterprise architecture, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Hands-on familiarity with Python/NodeJS, JavaScript, MongoDB, Redis, Apache Kafka, AWS S3, and REST API design across cloud and on-prem environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Protected, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience managing teams of approximately 8–15 people.




- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience working with vendors and third-party technology partners.
- PMP, CSM, SAFe, PRINCE2, or similar certification is preferred.
