As a Server, you will report to the Director of Food & Beverage, ensuring guests receive attentive and friendly service throughout their dining experience. With a focus on exceptional customer service, you’ll help guests enjoy the best of Vancouver Island's flavors in a collaborative team atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and provide courteous dining service
• Present and explain menu items thoughtfully
• Efficiently take orders and enter them in the POS
• Serve food and beverages while maintaining high standards
• Organize and clean dining areas regularly
Requirements:
• Preferred experience in serving or hospitality
• Strong abilities in communication and customer care
• Positive demeanor with a robust team focus
• Ability to work flexible shifts, particularly evenings
• Certification in Serving It Right or commitment to acquire
