This role is a strong entry point into Marketing and Competitive Intelligence (CI), with a focus on data, analysis and building practical skills over time.It is a data-focused role, working with structured datasets including CRM extracts, internal reporting and external market data to help the firm understand its performance, track competitors and support marketing and business development opportunities.The successful candidate will gather, organize and analyze data, and learn how to turn it into clear, practical information. The focus is on accurate data, structured reporting and supporting analysis.Over time, the Analyst will build the skills to move from supporting analysis to contributing to how the firm understands its market and makes strategic decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesData Collection and ReportingExtract, clean and organize data from CRM systems,



experience databases and internal reportsBuild and maintain Excel-based trackers and basic dashboards to monitor client activity, deal flow and competitor trendsWork with large datasets, ensuring accuracy, consistency and usabilitySupport the development of repeatable reporting processesMarket Data and Competitor AnalysisTrack league tables, including Bloomberg and Mergermarket, and update internal datasetsMonitor competitor activity including hires, mandates and public announcementsMaintain structured datasets to support ongoing market analysisSupport the preparation of competitor profiles and market summariesAnalysis SupportContribute to identifying patterns and trends in dataAssist in drafting summaries and reports based on data and researchSupport senior team members in translating data into clear takeawaysMarketing and Business Development SupportRespond to data requests from marketing and business development teamsSupport go-to-market efforts with accurate, timely dataTools and Data ManagementWork regularly in Excel and CRM systems to support reporting and analysisHelp maintain data quality and consistency across systemsSupport improvements to templates,
