Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble and test a variety of adaptive bicycles
• Diagnose and fix assembly or repair challenges
• Operate hand and power tools with precision
• Track inventory of bike parts and order replacements
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous assembly or technician experience relevant to mechanics
• Familiarity with mechanical systems and torque specifications
• Ability to follow technical drawings and instructions
• Comfort with lifting up to 75lbs
