As a Residential Youth Care Worker on casual/relief lists, you will have the prospect to support adolescents in a group home. Your role encompasses driving youth to various appointments, maintaining a clean living environment, and participating in team meetings. Successful candidates should have relevant education and experience. Only those with less than one year of education will qualify for awake night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver daily care and supervision to youth
• Drive youth for school and appointments
• Keep household spaces clean and organized
• Assist with meal preparation and clean-up
• Attend staff meetings and complete reports
Requirements:
• Preferred at least one year of post-secondary education
• Related experience with adolescents is a bonus
• Require a valid Manitoba class 5 Driver’s license
• Must hold First Aid & CPR certification
• Complete all required background checks
