Become a key part of AEO's mission as a Brand Ambassador in the Toronto Eaton Centre. Your role is to engage with customers and create a positive shopping experience through product knowledge and passion.
In this dynamic part time position, you will represent AEO's core values and connect with guests using the AEO Selling Model. You will educate customers about AE & Aerie products, introduce them to brand loyalty programs, and efficiently assist across all areas of the store. Team collaboration and integrity in service are vital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage guests utilizing the AEO Selling Model
• Share product insights to enhance guest experience
• Promote loyalty programs enthusiastically
• Adapt to different store zones as necessary
• Resolve any guest issues appropriately
Requirements:
• At least 16 years of age
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Availability for evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Commitment to AEO standards and integrity
