This fixed-term position is available until April 30, 2027. You'll be pivotal in welcoming patients, managing check-ins, and performing pre-tests to support eye care. Additionally, coordinate appointments, handle billing, and ensure each patient interaction is memorable and positive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and oversee check-in/check-out
• Perform pre-testing for eye care
• Coordinate appointments and manage payments
• Assist with eyewear pick-ups and adjustments
• Provide exceptional customer service for patient satisfaction
Requirements:
• Retail experience is beneficial
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Proficient in MS Office and technology
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
