Elevate the fan experience as an Executive Suites Concierge with Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment. Work at Scotiabank Arena and BMO Field to provide outstanding service.
As part of the dedicated Fan Services team, you will ensure superior customer experiences for suite attendees at major sporting events. Key tasks include greeting fans, managing suite access, and resolving inquiries. You will also represent the MLSE and assist in executing special promotional events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist fans upon arrival at suites
• Provide knowledgeable responses to service-related inquiries
• Monitor access to ensure guest safety
• Participate actively in promotional and special events
• Coordinate with various departments for service efficiency
Requirements:
• Must hold a Smart Serve Certificate
• Experience in VIP concierge or hospitality services is a plus
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in agile environments
• Knowledge of Toronto’s attractions is beneficial
