Job Summary:

We are seeking a DevOps release engineer who will be responsible for building and maintenance of current/existing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native deployments. The candidate should have expertise in Cloud technologies, and Security and will build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats. This role involves effective utilization of Salesforce tools and collaborate with stakeholders to meet organizational requirement

Job Description:

- Maintain CI/CD pipeline and perform release management activities
- Perform data management
- Oversee end to end DevOps processes
- Salesforce incidents management




- Production Go-Live Experience
- Users and license management which includes but not limited to creating/deactivating new users, create/update roles, profiles, permission sets, OWD, etc.
- Managing Sandbox(s)
- Perform configuration changes, for instance-create/update fields, page layouts, flows, custom settings, reports, dashboards, etc.
- Resolve support tickets
- Review technical deliverables, and resolve defects
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
