Key Responsibilities:
• Handle patient inquiries through incoming calls
• Conduct calls to prospective patients to schedule appointments
• Communicate our services and their value effectively
• Address financial inquiries with care and accuracy
• Prepare invoices and facilitate billing processes
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Previous admin experience is highly regarded
• Comfortable discussing costs and patient payments
• Ability to remain organized in busy environments
• Solid detail-oriented skills are essential
