Our client is a well-established not-for-profit organization seeking a detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure vehicles remain safe, compliant, and available to meet business needs.

Your New Role

As the Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day fleet activities, coordinating vehicle assignments, managing maintenance schedules, and serving as the primary point of contact for fleet-related inquiries.

What You Need to Do

- Coordinate daily fleet operations, including vehicle assignments, replacements, and scheduling for organizational programs.
- Manage vehicle maintenance and repair activities through fleet management systems such as Holman and/or Fleetio, ensuring timely servicing and compliance.
- Act as the primary contact for staff regarding vehicle issues, incident reporting, and vehicle usage inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records for insurance, registrations, maintenance activities, and other fleet documentation.
- Liaise with vendors,



repair facilities, service providers, and internal teams to resolve fleet-related issues efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor fleet data and support reporting requirements as needed.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

- Previous experience in fleet coordination, logistics, transportation, facilities, or a related operational support role.
- Experience using fleet management systems such as Holman, Fleetio, or similar platforms.
- Strong administrative, coordination, scheduling, and record-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to issues in a timely manner.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence required.
