- Experience managing complex programs - scope, schedule, budget
- Co-ordination for Telecom lab operations
- Solid communication skills and experience working with Telco customers
- PMP certified

Required Experience

Program Management for Telecom Delivery and Care programs - at least 3 years’ experience in this role

· Create and maintain program and project schedules

· Track program and project issues through resolution using an Action Item Register

· Coordinate OEM laboratory entry and exit activities

· Coordinate customer laboratory entry and exit activities

· Coordinate FOA site entry and exit activities

· Coordinate production site entry and exit activities

· Manage project and program scope





· Manage project and program budgets and costs

· Direct Project Managers assigned to the program and oversee project execution activities

Skillset

PMP Certified

Strong team handling skills and able to work with cross cultural and multi-geography teams

Detail oriented approach to tracking timelines and follow ups closely

Able to work with Telco customers and ensure delivery with customer delight

Ability to manage multi-vendor ecosystem and handle dependencies without schedule impact

Strong reporting skills to customer and to management
