As a part of the LG LTC 3E Residential team, you will provide vital support to residents, assisting with personal care, bathing, and meal management. This flexible role offers 8-hour shifts across various times, including weekends, emphasizing teamwork and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support grooming and personal care routines
o • Aid residents during meals, ensuring nourishment needs are met
• Clean and maintain residents' living space
o • Disinfect and sterilize care instruments as necessary
• Help orient new residents and facilitate their transition
Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited PSW program
• Experience in a long-term care or geriatric setting preferred
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Excellent communication and empathy skills
• Recent Criminal Investigation Reference for vulnerable sector
