Our client, a leading global packaging manufacturer, is looking for an experienced structural packaging designer to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on design work with project leadership, team mentoring and creative problem-solving within an innovative manufacturing environment.
You will lead packaging projects from initial concept through prototyping and production, while remaining actively involved in developing innovative structural solutions for custom corrugated packaging and displays.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong hands-on structural packaging design experience
- Advanced proficiency with ArtiosCAD
- Experience creating 2D and 3D concepts, prototypes and production-ready designs
- Proven project management skills within a packaging or manufacturing workplace
- The ability to collaborate with customers, sales, production and other internal teams
- Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to designers
- A strong understanding of corrugated materials, manufacturing processes and production requirements
