In this role, you will support initiatives to implement and improve organizational development programs. Your responsibilities will encompass everything from conducting research and creating evaluation tools to managing program logistics and marketing strategies. A cooperative mindset will benefit your work with diverse teams across the Faculty.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee the development and management of OD programs • Conduct stakeholder analysis for program improvements • Develop and implement effective evaluation processes • Manage event logistics and learning session materials • Create digital content and oversee program communications

Requirements: • Undergraduate degree in a related field • 2-3 years of experience in program management • Strong project management and planning expertise • Excellent written communication and adaptability • Commitment to inclusivity and equity practices
