Key Responsibilities:
• Engage clients in meaningful and enjoyable activities
• Collaborate on the implementation of support plans
• Teach essential life skills and healthy habits
• Use diverse communication methods to foster inclusion
• Monitor health and safety & respond to issues
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience needed
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities a plus
• First Aid/CPR Level C certification is essential
• Class 5 driver's license and reliable vehicle needed
• Strong communication and computer skills required
