We are looking for an engaging Doorperson to represent our hotel at the main entrance. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and professionalism. You will greet guests, assist with their luggage, and ensure smooth traffic management, all while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests upon arrival and departure
• Ensure organization and qualified appearance of the entrance
• Provide information about hotel facilities to guests
• Monitor traffic flow to ensure safety
• Escort guests to desired areas within the hotel
Requirements:
