Become a vital part of the Youth Forensic Psychiatric Services team as a Community Nurse in Surrey, BC. This hybrid role focuses on providing essential mental health care for adolescents facing legal issues.As a Community Nurse, you will interact closely with adolescents experiencing mental health challenges, acting as a case manager or primary nursing therapist. You'll be integral to a collaborative environment, offering counseling and working on treatment plans while preparing reports related to assessments.
