Saskatchewan Polytechnic seeks a part-time Instructor in Disability Support at the Regina campus to positively impact diverse learners. Deliver engaging courses that meet wide-ranging student needs.
As an Instructor, you will prepare lessons and facilitate learning through hands-on supervision and material design. The role involves engaging in professional development, adapting methodologies for diverse classrooms, and ensuring a respectful learning atmosphere. Your skills will help build a culture of inclusivity and equity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver educational sessions and lectures effectively • Supervise and support students in labs and placement settings • Develop and maintain curriculum materials regularly • Customize educational content to learner demographics • Foster relationships with external partners for student support
Requirements: • Four-year relevant degree or equivalent expertise • Minimum two years’ experience in a related field • Strong communication and teamwork abilities • Competency in assessing diverse learners • Proficient in utilizing digital resources and software
