Job SummaryCurrent work authorization for Canada is required. This is a regular, full‑time role with a flexible hybrid schedule at Fidelity Canada. The role is based at 483 Bay Street in Toronto until late 2026, after which it will move to the new Mississauga office.Role OverviewThe Finance Manager will provide finance support to Wealth Management on larger projects of strategic business importance. Responsibilities include leading complex financial and economic analysis, providing consulting, planning, and project support, and building robust partnerships with business leaders.What You Will DoLead complex financial and economic analysis for strategic decision‑making initiatives with limited direction.Lead pricing and competitive analysis for emerging business opportunities, including market assessments and industry trend research.Develop and lead initiatives to define, manage and document reporting systems and tools, building consistent integrations across systems.Design, develop, and manage new reports and analytics, including key success measures and scorecards for strategic distribution channels.Support business planning process and provide overall financial stewardship, expense management and support for other ad‑hoc projects.Build positive relationships with key stakeholders and management across the organization.What We Are Looking ForUniversity degree with a business focus (Accounting, Economics, Commerce).Minimum 4 years’ experience in financial analysis within a finance department.Experience with financial analysis, modeling, valuation, reporting, strategic business planning,
