Our family is seeking a part time nanny to start as soon as possible! The role involves caring for our two children, focusing on engaging activities and minimal screen time.
This position offers approximately 10-20 hours per week, extending to full time (30 hours) in December or January. We are flexible with scheduling and primarily need help on weekdays, especially Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Your main focus will be our 3.5-year-old boy and our 1-year-old girl while I work from home.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage children in play and activities with minimal screen time
• Ensure a safe environment, using CPR and first aid skills
• Support outdoor play with two friendly dogs nearby
• Adjust to family schedules and requirements as needed
• Communicate proactively about children’s activities
Requirements:
• Several years of childcare experience required
• Valid CPR and first aid certification
• Outgoing personality that fosters child engagement
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
• Driver's license preferred but not mandatory
