Betel Home Foundation is inviting applications for a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role in our Personal Care Homes located in Gimli and Selkirk. Under the guidance of the Director of Resident Care, you will be responsible for clinical direction and nursing care, supporting Health Care Aides and fulfilling qualified nursing responsibilities. Your decision-making and communication skills will play a vital role in our care approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing services to residents
• Supervise and mentor Health Care Aides in duties




• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and ethical guidelines
• Make effective decisions regarding patient care
• Foster cooperative relationships within the team and community
Requirements:
• Must hold active licensure with CLPNM
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Previous experience in geriatrics and dementia care preferred
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
• Proficient in English with additional language skills an asset
