This role is more technical in nature, working closely with engineering teams and directly with clients to translate complex business needs into scalable system solutions.You’ll bring a systems-thinking mindset, leveraging your technical background (ideally with prior development experience) to ensure requirements are not only clear—but feasible, efficient, and aligned to architecture.What does success look like in this role?Partner directly with client stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirementsTranslate business objectives into detailed functional and non-functional specifications with technical depthAct as a bridge between business and engineering—ensuring shared understanding of requirements, constraints, and trade-offsFacilitate discovery sessions, technical workshops, and stakeholder interviews to uncover system needs and dependenciesCreate high-quality artifacts including user stories, process flows, data mappings, and acceptance criteriaCollaborate closely with developers, architects, QA, and product teams to support solution design and deliveryContribute to backlog refinement, prioritization,

The salary range for this role is$85,000 – $125,000.
