Become a key player as a Baker Mixer, focusing on creating high-quality baked products in an afternoon shift. Operate in a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing environment.
Reporting to the Line Leader or Production Supervisor, you will mix raw materials following precise batch recipes and ensure that all equipment is operated safely and efficiently. Following industry best practices, you will participate in stages of production, maintaining quality control and food safety throughout your shifts. Previous experience in food manufacturing is a plus for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review batch documentation prior to mixing
• Stage ingredients accurately for effective production
• Operate equipment while ensuring cleanliness
• Regularly check product quality against safety standards
• Log mixing records into the computer accurately
Requirements:
• Completion of high school education or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing
• Food manufacturing experience is advantageous
• Ability to lift 50 lbs as needed
• Commitment to safety and GMP adherence
