Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct installations and reconfigurations of security systems • Respond to service calls and diagnose equipment issues • Carry out preventive maintenance and emergency repairs • Provide user support and technical assistance to clients • Keep inventory of parts and ensure service vehicle readiness

Requirements: • Experience with DSC, Kantech, and similar systems • Strong interpersonal skills while working onsite • Valid driver’s licence with clean record required • Detail-oriented in completing service and inspection reports • Successful background checks are mandatory
