What Makes This Role Important at Ipsos?Reporting to theSenior Vice President, Human Resources, theSenior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP)plays a critical role in shaping and executing people strategies that support both our operational and corporate teams.This role supportsboth hourly and salaried employee populationswithin a energetic research environment, requiring deep expertise inCanadian labour legislation, employee relations, and workplace practices .As a senior advisor to business leaders, you will bring a strong balance ofstrategic influence and hands‑on execution, partnering closely with leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with all applicable labour standards.LocationHybrid role based inWinnipeg, Manitoba .What You’ll Be DoingStrategic Business PartnershipAct as a trusted advisor to leaders, aligning HR strategies with business prioritiesProvide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategySupport leaders in driving performance, engagement, and team effectivenessEmployee & Labour RelationsLead and manage complex employee relations matters across hourly and salaried populationsProvide expert guidance on Canadian employment legislation, labour standards, and HR best practicesSupport investigations, conflict resolution, and progressive discipline processesPartner with leaders to ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant decision‑makingHR Program Delivery & ExecutionLead end‑to‑end delivery of core HR programs,
