Payroll SpecialistSalary: $80,000 – $95,000Location: Calgary, AlbertaWe are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations within our industrial construction clients organization. This role is ideal for a senior payroll professional who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and is comfortable working within a highly manual ERP/payroll structure. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing across multiple employee groups and field locations.ResponsibilitiesProcess payroll for between 500-800 employees, both salary and hourlyManage hours, overtime, deductions, benefits, taxes, and shift/site premiumsAdminister allowances (LOA, travel, etc.)Process ROEs, terminations, and year-end adjustmentsPerform payroll & GL reconciliations and journal entriesEnsure Canadian payroll compliance (US exposure an asset)Maintain employee records in HRIS / ERP,
