Position OverviewAs our Continuous Improvement and Lean Specialist you will lead the implementation and sustainment of lean methodologies across our manufacturing operations. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, optimize processes, and drive efficiency and productivity. In this role, you will develop and deploy lean initiatives, deliver training and coaching to employees at all levels, and track key performance indicators to measure progress and ensure ongoing improvement. You will also collaborate across the Components business to promote and embed a culture of continuous improvement and lean thinking, using influence rather than direct authority to achieve organizational goals.LocationOn‑site, Cambridge ONYour Day to Day as our Continuous Improvement & Lean SpecialistLead, manage, or implement projects aimed at boosting production efficiencies.Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), with a focus on OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) striving to standardize these metrics for long‑term success.Conduct process flow analysis, material flow analysis, establish and use the required value stream maps to identify and address bottlenecks, to streamline operations and enhance productivity.Document process improvements, track results, and report on the success of Lean initiatives to stakeholders within the organization.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to monitor trends and implement process Improvements to drive sustainable change.Foster a culture of Lean thinking among employees and their leaders.Provide comprehensive training and coaching on Lean Methodologies to empower our workforce.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in manufacturing or mechanical Engineering,

However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other perks.
