At Miller Maintenance, a part of Colas Canada, we’re looking for a passionate Winter Patroller. In this vital role, you’ll engage in immediate road maintenance activities, ensuring safety through effective snow and ice control. Additionally, document keeping and equipment maintenance are key aspects of your daily duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and manage provincial highways during winter
• Provide emergency response and traffic control at incidents
• Document daily operations, fuel usage, and safety reports
• Carry out equipment inspections and cleaning
• Initiate and manage snow and ice control actions
Requirements:
• G license with a pristine driving record
• Experience with snow and ice control techniques
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Knowledge of road maintenance standards
• Strong safety orientation and community focused mindset
