Now in our 29th year, we are at the forefront of experiential marketing and the event space.We are looking for Brand Ambassadors, Team Lead, and Supervisors for Recycle BC-Rural 2026 to spearhead this activation. The team will be setting up at open-air events in some locations, such asKelowna,Lake Country, Victoria, and Quesnel,to talk to community members about recycling in their specific municipalities. Through fun recycling forward challenges, 100% recycled giveaways and photo ops with Rick Recycle. This is a family-friendly and education-based activation that is a summer staple.To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication and networking skills, in addition to having open availability for training and shifts (outlined below). Previous experience is strongly desired, and must be comfortable with heavy lifting, set up and tear down of the footprint. TL and Sup must be comfortable driving Cargo or Sprinter van,



and available for 80% or more of the events to be consideredFamiliarizing yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.Educating and interacting with customers, retailers, and distributors about recycling best practices, cleaning, and storage materialsAssist team with set up and tear down of footprint and assetsMonitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to the client service department.Tracking customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns.Meet physical demands and be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical setup tasks as required.Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade shows.Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.Providing Supervisor with highlights and comments to contribute to final reportA driver’s license and access to a vehicle are mandatory requirements for Brand Ambassador and SupervisorsComfortable and experienced driving Cargo or Sprinter VanPrior experience in a customer service or hospitality service workplace.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.Comfortable travelling for workOther duties as assigned.ScheduleOne-day training between Jun 16th - 17th#J-18808-Ljbffr
