Compliance ManagerBoyd Interactive is seeking an experienced and strategic Compliance Manager to lead and oversee the full compliance product and platform lifecycle‑from ideation, design, functionality, and delivery—ensuring adherence to all applicable provincial, state, and federal laws and regulations across North American jurisdictions.As a key member of the Compliance Department, the Compliance Manager will oversee compliance and regulatory initiatives across the organization, providing leadership and subject‑matter expertise on gaming‑related regulatory requirements. The role requires deep knowledge of gaming regulations, robust operational oversight capabilities, and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally while driving a culture of compliance throughout the business. The Compliance Manager will also lead, mentor, and develop a small Compliance team, providing guidance, prioritization, and oversight to support departmental and organizational objectives.ResponsibilitiesOversee the review, maintenance, and implementation of Responsible Gaming (RG) and Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) programs, activities, and data analysis across all operating jurisdictions, including related regulatory submissionsOversee the preparation, accuracy, and submission of required regulatory reports across multiple jurisdictionsManage relationships with clients to ensure timely completion and submission of regulatory reporting requirementsLead coordination with clients, regulators, and vendors to identify, assess, and document regulatory, technical, and security requirements, including review of technical security documentation and audit reportsLead the drafting, implementation, and ongoing review of internal policies and procedures, including AML, Responsible Gaming, Regulatory Compliance, and Technology Security policiesOversee fraud monitoring activities, suspicious activity investigations, reporting obligations, and related compliance analysisLead the development and execution of remediation and mitigation plans in response to regulatory findings, compliance gaps, or platform incidentsServe as a primary liaison between the business and various State, Provincial,



and Federal regulatorsOversee and coordinate periodic compliance assessments, platform certifications, internal audits, external audits, and security reviewsMaintain and oversee Controls Activity Matrices (CAMs) and related compliance documentation for regulated environmentsDevelop and oversee compliance training initiatives and awareness programs for employees across the organizationBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders and participate in strategic and operational leadership discussionsMonitor and evaluate compliance implementation and adoption across business functions, identifying opportunities for process improvementStay informed of evolving regulatory requirements and emerging compliance trends across North American gaming jurisdictionsCandidate RequirementsEducation & Certification/License CredentialsBachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experienceAML certification such as CAMS considered an assetFunctional Competencies – Skills, Knowledge, & Experience5+ years of casino and/or online gaming industry experience within regulated environmentsProven leadership experience within a compliance function in the gaming, financial services, or similarly regulated industryExperience managing or leading internal and external audits and regulatory examinationsStrong understanding of AML, Responsible Gaming, regulatory compliance frameworks, and risk management principlesDemonstrated ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into operational requirements and business processesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced and evolving regulatory environmentStrong analytical, investigative, and problem‑solving capabilitiesExcellent written, verbal, presentation,



and stakeholder management skillsStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailExperience interacting directly with gaming regulators and licensing bodies preferredWilling and able to obtain gaming licenses in all required jurisdictions, including completion of all background investigations and regulatory filingsExperience filing reports with FINCEN, FINTRAC, and similar regulatory agencies is preferredLegal, regulatory, or licensing operations experience within the gaming industry is considered an assetProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Personal AttributesTeam player, collaborative, approachable, supportive, positive, open, patient, diplomatic and respectful.A confident, proactive and results‑oriented individual with the demeanor, maturity, and intellect required to quickly establish trust and credibility.Exceptional interpersonal, listening, and conflict management skills.
