As a front-line worker, you’ll build positive relationships with youth, families, and the community. This role requires a Class 5 license and availability in Parksville as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, lead, and evaluate fun, safe, and age-appropriate activities aligned with Club policies, mission, and visionFoster positive and healthy relationships among youth participantsAddress youth issues, incidents, or crises, providing support and reporting to the Youth Programs Manager or relevant agencies as neededEnsure safe use and maintenance of program equipment and facilities, including van/bus inspections for participant transportMaintain accurate program records (attendance, activity logs,
