APEX Public Relations ( is a Canadian-owned agency working across corporate, consumer, B2B, and digital communications. Our structure is flat, collaborative, and designed to give teams direct access to senior leadership and cross-disciplinary expertise through our partnership with our sister agency, ruckus Digital. We are looking for an Account Director to lead key client relationships, guide integrated communications programs, and support the growth of our Corporate practice. This role is suited to someone who is equally strong in client counsel, team leadership, and business development. What you’ll do Client Leadership Serve as a senior strategic advisor and primary contact for key clients Lead the development of integrated communications strategies across corporate, digital and content teams Provide clear, solution-oriented counsel grounded in business objectives and industry context Connect capabilities across the agency to deliver cohesive, cross-disciplinary programs Ensure clients understand and see the value of recommendations and work Team & Operations Lead and develop account teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and efficient workflows Oversee day-to-day account operations and ensure timelines and expectations are met Assign work based on team strengths and provide ongoing guidance and feedback Keep senior leadership informed on account performance, risks, and opportunities Growth & Business Development Contribute to and lead new business efforts,
