The position requires maintaining a first in, first out inventory method while assisting with the ordering of food supplies based on directives from the Food Bank Coordinator. You will learn to manage front desk duties and support various projects as needed. Your schedule will vary, featuring hours from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, with full days for large deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage FIFO inventory system within the warehouse
• Confirm deliveries against Packing Lists during unloading
• Ensure safety during forklift operations in office
• Report any inventory discrepancies or safety concerns
• Assist in recommending product inventory needs
Requirements:
• Must hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Experience with cube trucks is preferred
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable with technology and software
• Excellent communication skills are essential
