Your New Role

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on enterprise reporting and analytics. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, administrators, analysts, and technical teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that improve reporting, data visibility, and business outcomes.

A key focus of this position will be designing and developing Salesforce reporting solutions, supporting CRM Analytics and/or Tableau reporting initiatives, and ensuring Salesforce data structures are optimized for enterprise-level analytics and insights.

You will contribute to Salesforce development activities while partnering with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, improve data models, and deliver solutions that support operational and strategic decision-making.

What You'll Need to Succeed

- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience
- Strong experience developing solutions within the Salesforce platform
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data models, relationships, and architecture
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Reporting and Dashboards
- Experience supporting enterprise reporting initiatives within Salesforce
- Hands-on experience with CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics) and/or Tableau
- Strong understanding of Salesforce objects including:
- Accounts
- Contacts




- Opportunities
- Leads
- Campaigns
- Campaign Members
- Custom Objects
- Experience designing and optimizing reporting data structures and data models
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Ability to work directly with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience within non-profit, fundraising, membership, healthcare, or public sector environments
- Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics datasets, recipes, and dataflows
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification(s)
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator or related Salesforce certifications
- Experience integrating Salesforce data with enterprise reporting platforms
- Knowledge of Tableau data modelling and dashboard development
- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, or enterprise data warehouses
