In this full-time position, you'll work a minimum of 15 hours weekly, including Mondays and Saturdays. Your proactive approach will help deepen member relationships, ensuring they feel understood and valued. Engage in meaningful conversations about finances and suggest alternate banking solutions to enhance their experience. You will also work collaboratively with your team to ensure every member's needs are met adeptly.
