Key Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient health • Implement and evaluate individualized nursing care plans • Educate families to encourage optimal health outcomes • Commit to continuous improvement in nursing practice • Engage in self-scheduling for shift flexibility
Requirements: • Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario • Hold a current CPR certification • Minimum 1 year pediatric surgical nursing experience preferred • Demonstrated robust communication skills • Must complete a Vulnerable Sector Check
