As an Electrical Project Coordinator at Bird, you will collaborate closely with project managers and field teams. This role demands effective organization and communication skills to maintain accurate project documents and facilitate smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and execute overall work plans and schedules • Maintain and organize the electronic document database • Liaise with architects, engineers, and subcontractors • Participate in project meetings and document minutes • Help finalize documents for client turnover
Requirements: • Completed construction-related degree or diploma • At least 3 years in project support, preferably ICI • Ability to interpret construction documents • Excellent MS Office and SharePoint skills • Solid client service and organizational skills
