Required Skills & Experience

- Solid experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, specifically Finance modules.
- Experience supporting Shopify integrations and sales order processing, with a solid understanding of application integrations.
- Proven application support experience, including incident management, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a 40-hour work week with flexibility to support a staggered operational schedule, including weekend coverage as required.

Insight Global is looking for a Application Support Analyst to support a large retail client to support their busy season. This candidate will provide operational support, monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and business user assistance across key business applications and integrations supporting Finance, Retail, and Ecommerce operations.

We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
