Making Waves invites enthusiastic individuals to apply for Swim Instructor positions. Instructors will focus on building confidence and skills through our Small Steps approach while creating a positive and structured atmosphere. Our ideal candidates are service-oriented and great with children, ready to motivate and celebrate progress.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach swimmers using our proven methods
• Aid in the development of water confidence
• Lead engaging and safe lessons
• Communicate progress to families professionally
• Create a fun and agile learning space
Requirements:
• Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification
• National Lifeguard or Bronze Cross qualification
• Availability for 2 or more shifts per week
• Dependable and team-oriented demeanor
• Eager to learn and improve
