This Role required supports defect and breakfix resolution can be inbound outbound Reports approximately 5 to 6 incidents annually. Also responsible for HRSP perks note analysis and validation across all system landscapes, as well as yearend configuration and testing activities, including updates to 401k limits, health plan rates, RUIA rates and limits, vendor rates, and the execution of Annual Quarterly scheduled jobs.
