- Completes P.D.I. (Pre-Delivery Inspection) and prepares new Equipment for shipment.
- Exercise new Equipment to maintain readiness status.
- Diagnosing any performance issues and complete required adjustments.
- Install and test upgrades.
- Load and unload Equipment.
- Maintain Shop & Wearhouse cleanliness.
- Completes all required documentation and data entry in service software.
- Follows in detail required S.O.P. ‘s
- Follow all Safety requirements and use proper P.P.E.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Continue to train on current models and new models.
- Maintain and enforce warehouse 6S standards to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient work environment, including daily audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills,



Knowledge, and Abilities:

- 1-2 years of experience in Aerial rental equipment repair or new equipment make ready. (compensation based on experience).
- Requires robust communication skills and must be detailed oriented.
- Ability to adapt to varying tasks according to changing volume and business needs.
- Ability to properly complete all required inspection and service documentation including data entry to service software.
- Ability to operate Aerial Equipment for testing and loading and unloading.
