As a coordinator, you will serve as a crucial connection between families and educational staff, ensuring children receive the positive environment they need to thrive. Your role includes managing enrollment processes, coordinating schedules, and teaching foundational literacy skills. By fostering relationships with parents and supporting various learning programs, you'll play a significant part in students' educational journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement welcoming experiences for families visiting the center
• Aid in onboarding current students and answering their inquiries
• Schedule assessments and classes for students and teachers
• Maintain records and manage administrative duties
• Teach literacy skills to children ages 3–12 using tailored programs
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Social Sciences, or similar
• Hands-on experience working with youth in educational settings
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with parents
• Organized and detail-oriented with multitasking capabilities
• Eager for growth within a leadership role
