We deliver with excellence.What You’ll DoPartner with Compensation Advisory, Executive Compensation, HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Finance, Accounting, Tax, and external vendors to support the administration and delivery of Nutrien's Long-Term Incentive (LTIP) programsServe as a key resource for LTI-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to participants, HR teams, and business stakeholdersPrepare, validate and submit monthly LTIP administrative files, ensuring data accuracy through detailed audits, reconciliations and quality checksSupport the preparation of quarterly Board materials, annual proxy disclosures, and other executive compensation reporting requirementsCollaborate with Executive Compensation, Finance, Accounting and Tax teams to support quarterly and year-end reporting, reconciliations, and compliance activities related to LTIP programsAnalyze compensation and LTIP data to identify trends, resolve issues, and support business decision-makingDevelop, maintain, and enhance Excel-based models, reports, dashboards, and Power BI solutions to improve reporting efficiency and data insightsEnsure variable compensation programs align with business objectives and comply with all applicable laws and regulationsSupport the administration of Annual Compensation Programs, including data validation, reporting, testing,
