Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and tidy gym spaces to safety standards
• Engage warmly with members and guests
• Educate members on amenities and memberships
• Complete scheduled training and cleanliness tasks
• Report any issues directly to management
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of customer service or volunteer experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• First Aid and CPR-A & AED Certifications
• Calm demeanor under pressure and solid time management
