In collaboration with the Health and Wellness Manager, you will implement personal care plans and participate in improving the residents’ overall quality of life. Connecting with residents and their families through support and care is essential to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement care plans devised by supervisors
• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Monitor and report on residents’ health changes
• Prepare healthy meals and assist with mobility
• Uphold resident privacy and safety standards
Requirements:
• Graduate from Personal Support Worker program or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with seniors in a community health environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Current certification in First Aid and Basic Cardiac Life Support
• Ability to lift and transfer clients safely
