In this part-time permanent role, you will report directly to the Senior Customer Experience Manager. Your focus will be on order processing, inventory management, and collaborating with teams to achieve performance goals in ecommerce fulfillment. You’ll also assist in maintaining effective communication regarding order statuses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead efforts to optimize fulfillment processes
• Ensure 24-48 hour order processing and shipping
• Handle daily data-entry and reporting tasks




• Collaborate with back-of-house teams for stock management
• Track progress to improve fulfillment performance
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
• Strong team spirit and willingness to ask for assistance
• Experience with tools like Slack and Shopify is beneficial
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems preferred
