This full-time role focuses on providing crucial support to urban Indigenous youth in a culturally rich setting. Full-time candidates are needed for a unique position that involves crisis management, maintaining client confidentiality, and implementing a client-centered model.

You will help residents navigate long-term housing challenges while maintaining a positive living setting for youth transitioning from foster care. This is an essential role in connecting clients with community resources and supports for their healing journey. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver congruent programming aligned with MNFC’s mission




Ensure a secure and positive living space for clients
Manage daily operations and help clients follow schedules
Maintain accurate client documentation and database entries
Advocate for client rights in various systems Requirements:
Diploma in community social services or social work
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Experience with Indigenous populations preferable
Knowledge of community resources and services
