Key Responsibilities:
Oversee month-end processes and working papers
Ensure accurate recording of monthly project revenues
Conduct bank reconciliations and financial reporting
Manage AR processes, including invoicing and collections
Work with leadership to enhance financial controls

Requirements:
Proven full-cycle accounting experience
Robust Excel skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and problem solve
Experience in construction accounting preferred
CPA designation is advantageous
