Key Responsibilities:
Operate Cat graders to meet production targets
Use GPS control systems for accurate grading
Perform inspections and hazard assessments before shifts
Interpret site plans and grade stakes accurately
Maintain equipment and report issues promptly
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years in finish grading
Experience with GPS systems like Topcon or Trimble
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Clean driver's license required
CSTS 2020 and Ground Disturbance Level 2 certifications
